1. Who We Are
This website (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Ahmet FATIHOGLU, based in Istanbul, Turkey.
For Turkey, we are the Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
For the EU/EEA, we are the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What Data We Collect
We collect data when you:
- Submit a contact form: Name, email, message
- Use the AI chat: Your messages, document context (resume/projects/FAQ), conversation history (stored in browser session), and token usage metrics
We do not use cookies, tracking technologies, or analytics. We use browser localStorage to remember your language preference, and sessionStorage to persist your chat consent choice within a browsing session.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your inquiries via contact form
- Process and respond to AI chat messages (sent to Puter.ai LLM API)
- Summarize conversation history for context compaction (sent to Puter.ai)
- Maintain chat session state during your visit

We operate no servers. All data processing is handled by the above third-party processors.
Our form processor Forminit is the new name for Getform.io. The platform rebranded from Getform to Forminit in January 2026. All features, accounts, and data carried over — the service is the same, with a new name and continued improvements. Forminit has been operating since October 2015 and is used by companies including Burger King, Volkswagen, Toyota, Lidl, and CodeAcademy.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
- GDPR (EU/EEA): Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6(1)(f)).
- KVKK (Turkey): Processing is based on your explicit consent and/or the necessity to fulfill your request under Article 5(2).
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Chat session data is stored in your browser session only and is cleared when you close the browser tab. Your language preference persists via localStorage across sessions. Your chat consent choice is stored in sessionStorage and cleared when the browsing session ends.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to processing or request restriction of processing
- Clear your chat history by refreshing the page
- File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
For Turkey, you may exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11 by contacting us.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own:
- Puter.ai (US) — chat message processing and model fallback
- Forminit (EU/US) – form submission processing
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU-US transfers and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws including KVKK Board decisions on cross-border transfers.
9. AI Chat Specifics
When you use our AI chat:
- Your messages and document context (resume, projects, FAQ) are sent to Puter.ai LLM API
- We may route through multiple model providers for reliability
- Conversation history is sent for background compaction when context limits are reached
- No conversation data is used to train AI models
- Chat data is session-only and cleared when you close the browser
- Special category data: Do not share health, biometric, or political opinion data. If you do, you consent to its processing solely for responding to your inquiry.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for deletion.
11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
